Oatmeal with Buttermilk

Oats are rich source of fiber and  best antioxidant.Its has lot of nutritional health benefits.Starting a day with cup of oatmeal as breakfast is more healthier than any other traditional breakfast.For this i use old fashioned oats not the steel cut one.




Method:
*For one cup oats, boil  1/2 cup of water.
*Add oats to the boiled water.mix well,let it cook for another 2-3 mins.
*Keep aside,cool it down.
*Once it cool down add a cup of butter milk or yogurt(curd).
*Add salt as per your taste.
Your healthy breakfast is ready.
