Eggless Banana Walnut Bread

Last time i tried the Banana Bread with egg ,this time i want to make without egg and wheat flour.Finally i search in google  end up with this.

Ingredients:
Whole Wheat Flour-3/4 Cup
Maida(APF)-1/2 Cup
Banana-3 nos.
Sugar-1/2 Cup
Yogurt-2 Tbsp
Milk-1/4 Cup
Oil-4 Tbsp
Salt-1/4 tsp
Baking Soda-1 Tsp
Cardamom-3 nos.(powdered)
Walnuts-1/4 Cup(chopped optional)
Method:
*Mash the bananas well.
*Sieve maida,wheat flour,baking soda twice.
*Cream yogurt and sugar, till sugar dissolves.
*Add milk,oil,mashed bananas .Whisk it well.
*Preheat the oven 350'F.
*Add the sieved mixture,salt,cardamom.Mix it well without any lumps.
*Pour the batter in a greased pan,sprinkle the chopped walnuts on the top.Bake it for 35 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
*Cool it for 10 mins,slice it.

Note:
* Avoid wheat flour use maida itself alone.
*Instead of cardamom use vanilla essence.

Yogurt(curd) BlueBerry Muffin

When i bought fresh blueberries from farmers market,i want to try these muffins with yogurt only.

This site has video of this recipe and have lot of good recipes also.
Ingredients:
All-PurposeFlour (Maida)-2 Cups
BlueBerries-1 Cup
Curd-1 Cup(plain yogurt)
Canola Oil-1/3 Cup
Egg-1
Vanilla Extract-1 tsp
Sugar-1/2 Cup
Baking Powder-11/4 tsp
Baking Soda-1/2 tsp
Salt-1/4 tsp
BlueBerries-1 Cup
Method:
*Beat the egg lightly.
*In a bowl whisk together yogurt,oil,beaten egg and vanilla extract.
*Add sugar to the above mixture and mix it.
*Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degree  C).
*Sieve flour , baking powder, baking soda, and salt twice for even mix.Add this to the beaten mixture in batches, mix well without any lumps.
*Add the blueberries and stir it gently.
*Fill the muffin cups with the batter ,bake it for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out  clean.



Note:
*You can bake it a muffin cup or loaf pan.
*Add either low fat or full fat yogurt.
*Frozen blueberries can also be used instead of fresh one.
